Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

Psychodynamic psychotherapy is based on the assumption of the existence of unconscious feelings, desires and motivations of human behaviour.

In a safe, confidential therapeutic relationship, patients get to know better their inner world, how they build relationships with others and what are the meanings of their symptoms. Usually the therapy starts with few initial consultations and then we can decide if we want to go this path together. Sometimes the journey needs more time. The sessions are once or twice per week. The reasons why You seek treatment may vary, but I feel that the healing is always the aim.

Individual Therapy for adults

I have an extensive experience in working with patients struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, bereavement, psychosomatic symptoms, and eating disorders. I offer one or two sessions per week, usually in the open ending therapy contract. I believe confidentiality and trust are crucial for good therapeutic relationship.

Perinatal Mental Health

If you recently had a baby, you are pregnant or you are planning a pregnancy - feel welcome to come and talk. I also offer consultations for people who experienced miscarriage.

Prenatal Analysis
I graduated Prenatal Analysis Training, that focuses on supporting the bond between between the mother and the child before birth. During the meetings, the client can talk through the fears and hopes connected with pregnancy, can prepare to a labour and create an authentic bond with a baby. The meetings occur once or twice per week, start around 16 weeks of pregnancy and finish around childbirth.
